They most certainly can tell you if there's a PR coming out, they just can't divulge it's contents. I've had IR people at different companies tell me several times that a PR was coming out.

Let me tell ya....Lexey would NOT lie about it and I have had a couple of others telling me the same thing...so believe what you want, but there is a PR coming! We just don't know what's in it!

I guess there is a way because he told me, lol. I don't think telling a shareholder that a pr is coming out is insider info. I have read where lots of ceos have told shareholders that. He told me that he couldn't give me insider info that I would just have to wait for the pr that was going to be out within the next three days.
If you don't believe me that's your choice, there's nothing I can do about it.

I got in touch with the CEO and he did say there would be news soon. But he wouldn't tell me any details of anything as per SEC rules. This was last Tuesday, April 1st. He seemed extremely busy at the time. I can assure you that I am being truthful. I did not post this earlier since I was not given a date or details. But I had to respond because you are dead wrong that the CEO wouldn't say that news was comming soon since that is what he told me.
