I agree with you Boomer, this stock does need new investors, volume, momentum and a positive reaction to News in order to move up. But this won't happen until the news is about accomplishments, not the kind of fluff that was put out last week that resulted in the stock going no where. We need to hear about Tampa and what is being done to grow the business there; we need to know what's going on in Miami; we need some planned opening dates and actual addresses of the next HipHopSodaShops; we need to see h3players become a reality. We need the board of directors and the CEO to resolve their differences and work together to accomplish these things.
Our shareholders action group wants only what is best for the company, it's employees, it's customers and it's shareholders. The board and the CEO should share these goals and view us as an asset. They should have no reason to do anything to render us useless as long as they are being true to their fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders.
