I believe shareholders are giddy about the number of people bashing hemi, even as it sits at an unreasonably low shareprice. People dont bash bad stocks, what would be the point.
People bash stocks either to buy in lower because the see the value or because they are short. Only naked shorting possible here I think.
Any more information on geosystems? I am hunkered down in my fallout shelter waiting for the big bombshell.

I called the SEC a few minutes ago to inquire about the letter to the SEC by the English teacher that lazyeye posted earlier today.

The man at the SEC said that letter is a "comment letter."

Letters like this can be submitted to the SEC by ANYONE at ANYTIME for the purpose of expressing their OPINION concerning anything about publicly traded companies or the market place in general.

These letters are available in the SEC archives for anyone to view and copy and paste for others to read.

The SEC said these letters are not SEC-generated-documents or reported by the SEC to be factual in any way. They are simply a vehicle that anyone can use to submit comments and opinions to the public via the SEC.

Having the term "SEC" accompany the letter that was posted on the Hemi board today should in NO way be construed as a factual investigation by the SEC.

The letter was simply a an opinion from a citizen.

The man at the SEC said I could write a letter with nothing but praise for Hemi and have it submitted to the SEC archives and then later copy and paste it to the Hemi board.
