Hello Conrad, Glad you have made it here. As you can see Matthew is responding to your post about Aim depleting cash. There have been at least 2 other methods for slowing this down posted here:

I think there is another, but I can not seem to find it...

A GTC order is a Good Till Cancelled order, or a LIMIT order to sell or buy at a specific price. I believe most use these so they do not have to monitor the price movements...
