Indeed, things seem to be moving much more quickly than most mergers! Seems they have their s*** together. As further evidence of this is the fact that the recent PR included a lot of details about the terms of the transaction which indicates that the parties sorted out most of the details before they even released the first PR!!! VERY impressive compared to several of the other mergers I've seen!! And, probably suggest that things will move quickly (but hopefully not so quickly that I can't free up more $!)
