juanly.... if you noticed BB made it very easy to become a accredited investor by allowing only a 10K purchase listed in the REGDEX..

In fact I am surprised some of the folks who say they have 15 million shares even bothered to buy them in the open market knowing this...

I am sure everyone including all the longs would like to know what BB sold those shares for not just the IRS?

This is putting a severe thorn in this company knowing that this 504 is causing the massive losses to the average investor!

Now trading at a bid of .0001 and an ask of .0002. It gets real hard to go anywhere from these levels!

If the Reg D purchase price(s) are no big deal, why has Mr. Transparency not provided that information to shareholders? Is it not a little bit disconcerting when a man's actions do not validate his words?
