lol...well...you might have been better off...then buying so cheaper..eh?...this one has really distracted me from others....did you know that a group david walters was with..attempted a takeover...heres a couple of them:

Amara, in a friendly negotiated transaction, seeks to acquire all the outstanding common shares of Troy or approximately 10.6 million shares for a total purchase price of $26.5 million. The offer is for a negotiated sale for $2.50 per share in cash subject to the completion of appropriate due diligence. Amara has presented the company and its advisors with its ability to finance the transaction.
