I believe EarnestDD probably meant 90K a year. Factoring in costs of travel/hotel/food for sales meetings and such all over a region, costs of $2500 a month are not completely unreasonable. If you're gonna woo a good deal out of someone, you take them out for a good meal. It's just good business.
I don't think those numbers are crazy, especially if you add in commissions. And remember, those commissions come out of your margins when all is said and done.
