AS u look the chart and history splits ....ADCS made a split on the stock when it was another Company on 2006-11-03...then u see the share price hit a low on April... thereafter the stock rebound to the price mentioned by u... JMHO
Dr. The previous companys were famous for doing reverse splits. This shell used to be owned and controlled by a very bad man by the name of Paul Taylor. He would let companys reverse merge into his shell, and he would always keep some preferred shares that he would convert at a ridiculous ratio into common stock...then dump those shares onto to peoples heads, causing the stock price to plummet, humping the previous shareholders...alot of people hate him(me included).
Now for the good news Doc, That SOB is gone:)...this new company bought the shell and booted those worms OUT!lol. You must read these two PR's:
This one says that they see no need to do a RS or file a REG-D. It also says that they are fully funded and able to begin the major initiative to develop and launch......
Now this one is just as important. It says that ADCS aka VStarr have washed their hands of the filth that used to pull the strings...you really need to understand this part of the story to understand all of the hostility here on this board....look at the IBOX. See the moderator(RCA). He was a previous shareholder who I assume was hurt by the old regime. Notice his lawsuit? It is against a company that merged in more than 2 companys ago(2006 iI think). They run a tight ship on this board so be careful what you post:)
