To stabilize the share price, the company has be more transparent. They must outline their business plan(model), goals, get more distribution, and be more investor friendly. Also, hire a more professional PR company and the "Clebs" must speak, so we know they are still on board.

I agree. I don't think a R/S is going to help, and will probably only hurt. The float isn't as high as some other subpennies were a R/S is necessary. I think we would end up at the same price, or lower, even with the split. I have sent an email to Philip to get a feel as to his feelings regarding this. I am sure he will be quite vague in regards to his standing with this company, but we'll see. I let you know what he says when he gets back to me. The last time he responded the same day!
