Tell you what Dilution I think is Needless ... and that is Javelin's $20,000/month contract paid in share sales as disclosed in the 8K filed.
Unless you deem Javelin to be Essential to keeping Aero from bankruptcy through share sale proceeds to pay for money losing operations.
JMO

So Aero saving the shareholders from needless dilution is bad !
