Are you saying certain shareholders are privy to what's within the 10K? Rubbish! Confidence is just down overall and people are tired of waiting! Nothing about the company has changed!

I don't think the 10k will have much impact on this. It's how Tom deals with the debt and gives us some value beyond Hacketts. imo
