Obviously the value of the warrants decreases if you use a lower volatility factor but that does not mean that you get to choose the volatility factor that "proves" your point. The market sets the volatility of a stock and the market is not setting a 30-40 volatility factor on Dendreon.

The target of your post has an unfortunate and glaring character flaw. Are you proposing to emulate him?
