I thought this was interesting:

...it is believed that 1,075,133,570 shares of the issuer’s common stock, $.0001 par value, were outstanding, of which approximately 272,655,453 shares were held by non-affiliates of the issuer.

The "non-affiliates" are presumably the retail shareholders. And who are the presumed "affiliates"? I think this was just badly worded, but it's odd nonetheless.
