Nice scam for the parent company to create this fake spinoff and they can just write it off on their taxes and keep IVOT unotuched!!!!!!!!!


Please tell me I'm wrong, but I seem to recall this spinoff and press releases concerning patents. We then see traffic and interest being generated - then bam!
