SWVC's "next" acqusition could have already been finalized. When will Tom choose to report it? Before the 10-K - IMO. We all know when the 10-K is due by (with extension - April 14, 2008). Tom also has 75 days to file an 8-K in regards to the acqusition.

Simple answer - we'll hear about it sometime this week or next - IMO. 10-K could come out anytime between now and the 14th. Will the K contain the finanicals for SWVC new acqusition? I don't know.
