It could be that they (the insiders at USGA, who ever they are) don't want to take any action, but want in the end to let USGA to slip silently away. I have owned shares of USGA (USGN) on and off over the years and was fortunate to be in on the jump of the PPS due to some false PR's issued by the Company insiders - - sold at a nice profit, too. Bought back in when AllClear and CXfilter were announced and still hold my position, and will continue to hold - - - Penny Stocks are a crap shoot with failure more often than reward, but when reward occurs they usually are "BIG". This guy Pat Scorzelli is just an undertaker being told what to do and say. The question is who is the power behind this apparent smoke screen ? To me it sounds like Vitusa and Kidde who really don't need USGA anymore, and MapSands is just a piece of junk anyway. Of course this is just my opinion. Strange things happen with penny stocks and I will continue to hold my shares one way or the other.
