If one assumes that Plant was scammed, where is the profit motive for someone other than Plant to have done this? Who, other than Plant, benefitted from this scam? Could the scam artist have prevented Plant from looking in the checking account for over a year in search of the millions he reported as having?

Who wrote the third grade level accounting financials? Why did no one in the organization, including T.I. Heaton who has a degree in Finance, notice how poorly the financials were constructed?

If the cash wasn't in the checking account, would that explain why the company continually had to sell stock to finance itself? And who would have had to authorize those sales? Wouldn't you think after doubling the amount of shares outstanding in a year someone would ask, 'Hey, we've got millions in the bank. Why are we selling stock to raise cash?'

If this was a scam designed and orchestrated by an outside party, why isn't T.I. Heaton still there fighting this shoulder to shoulder with Plant?

If this is a scam designed and orchestrated by an outsider, why hasn't the government changed their legal position?

If this is a scam designed and orchestrated by an outsider, how can someone so ignorant and so obtuse as to have allowed it to go on for over a year remain as CEO?

IMO plant was not duped about anything. he knew exactly what he was doing. having spoke with him quite a few times, he is a lying, cheating, scamming individual.

although, i will admit i think the original idea was not exactly his though...like i said, all IMO.
