If the company is telling shareholders that a lot of press is on the way it is either true or it is a lie

either way the only reason they would do something like that is to get people to buy the stock in anticipation of the news...IMHO if they want people to buy the stock and are willing to jepordize themselves giving out insider information then they must want to sell stock. that probably explains the reason why illegal email spammers have been hired.
