I provided you the link in which AMD did just that (they said "I Didn't Do It"):

"Two of Intel's rivals, AMD and Transmeta, said they did not initiate the investigation in Japan...."

You claimed it was obvious this was initiated by AMD. And I simply said it was not obvious and now you respond with this swampland stuff?
