Nasdaq is otc, what does that have to do with npct, which is on the bulletin board ... which is not btw operated by Nasdaq, but by the NASD ... it is deception to portray a stock listed on the BB as being listed on Nasdaq, an exchange with considerably higher listing standards

Btw - 'OTC' without the -BB as in OTC-BB means Nasdaq ... to shorten up for quick typing on otc-bb issues without attempt to lead people to think it is something it is not, better to just use 'BB' or bb ... which is not, i repeat, Nasdaq
