I haven't seen one of these round ups work in the past 7 yrs when they mention "certificates", unless you are buying through a broker that actually gets you a cert in your name (full service brokers do that) or you request certs.MXES/MXSV is the first one where peop actually requested certs and got the round up. a friend bot in 5 accts with etrade, requested certs in 2 accts and got the round ups. the other 3 accts are in the same boat you are in. whats that tell you. tells me you need a cert in your name. or don't buy it.
