Thanks tachoman. It's odd though, that the company did not issue a news release for the same event. GLTA

Unfortunately its just a letter of intent and not a contract. Also, the company is not a tire manufacturer just a tire equipment maker. Plus it's not clear over what period of time the "intent" is... could ten ears for all we know.

I sure hope this is not what the OEM is... The OEM in the PR was European based not China base.

with that said ... the stock hasn't traded even one share on the news...
