Well, if I was Paulson I wouldn't worry either. Worrying is an inefficient and mostly irrational process. 90% of the things you worry about never come to fruition, including worrying about things like leaving the cap off the toothpaste or closing the garage door.

However, I would hvae concerns, and Paulson does, or he would not be moving towards new regulation for the Fed.

Most of this wouldn't be necessary if they had kept banks and brokerages separate.
