I agree with you that longer term, it looks bad. That's why I think it may get oversold soon, and get a bounce behind a PR, or just from getting oversold. Apparently the insiders were willing to buy the company for a penny a share and want to sell it for a nickel. Might be room for a trade in there somewhere.
