rocket: "Strong language for a DR PR." How much stronger then given the language in question appears in CSMG's annual report (10-K) filed directly with SEC and signed by CEO, unlike a press release! To quote an old country lawyer, "That certainly makes the cheese more binding."

In that vein, I trust the CEO would never risk goading the FDA and risking its backlash, if not wrath, with said forward-looking statement unless that statement were based on so high a probability of fulfillment as to be tantamount to foreknowledge.
