I read recently that the government of The Netherlands want to ban "high grade" locally growth pot. Make it an A listed drug like Cocain etc.

In the 90's agriculture students at universities were given "grants" to improve the THC content. They suceeded in producing stuff that only a moose could smoke. I had a puff of this stuff about two years ago...had to sit down for the rest of the night.
