The meeting was postoned until April 18th. By that time the pps should be near 3 cents or better....some saying 5. Therefore, they may forego the a/s increase and and pursue financing to pay off their noteholders.....or will have to issue less shares to accomplish the same.

I hope they rethink that increase, recent progress may allow that.

The share increase has not been voted in, and it won't be, so no shares can be dumped as of now.
