#290741 RE: B o b #290724

BOB ::: It's Sunday, the market is closed and we may be allowed a little leeway in posting latitude. Interesting reply, but you're off base a little...

Bob: "I guess you would not have done so yourself? how about a year ago would you of done so back then, I gather yes!"
S5: Absolutely Not. My perception of the amigos (W clan) would never allow this.

Bob: "you are here and no doubt liked and loved by other sharholders which means without your input here you would be missed"
S5: Appreciated that, but I have no delusions here... I am disliked, for different reasons by the vast majority of the board-which is fine. A few people will respond yet, so it's not a complete waste of my time and theirs.

Bob: "You belong here"
S5: Well, I don't think anyone BELONGS here, it's an open forum board and we all just appear.

Bob: " but understand I still have the right as a shareholder to post as I believe about many things in cluding you as I just did, as you!"
S5: Rights?? Sort of. Ihub is a privately held website, thus we have to conform to Ihub TOU and other rules... our rights as citizens have nothing to do with a private entity. Our rights as shareholders are also separate from an internet stock forum, we don't really have any rights here. IMO, perhaps "rights" is a wrong word. Maybe allowance would be better served. The most difficult thing about posting to Ihub is to have discussions, even civil arguments that are point-counter point without addressing the poster directly. Certainly, our conversation is considered TOU. Would this be allowed to remain? Is this mini post thread a value to the board. That's up to the board moderators. Allowing certain conversations not directly referring to the stock is what brings depth and personality to a board. Without some room to roam, it wouldn't be worth our time to even read IMO. It is in the TOS of Ihub that we can actually post negative things about the company and officers without fear of reprisal from the board.

My opinion about Winick and Bkmp is well known. And I've NEVER contradicted myself on this point (Winick and Bkmp suck!) My personal problem is with involving the poster in a post. I've struggled to stay neutral to the poster especially when that poster seems in some way pushing an agenda one way or another. This is almost a TOU every time. (*standing* - Hello, my name is S5 and I CAN'T KEEP MY MOUTH SHUT) ... so I need the ignore feature now. If I don't see the post, I can't reply. This is done not only for control of my problem and sanity, but for the good of the board.
