It is VERY clear that there is someone in the company that is working with Barry Davis. That person brought him him and has supported him while the stock plummeted. That person wants a change in management and Barry Davis is accommodating him. Months ago Barry Davis felt bold enough to suggest 3 people would be removed from management, but he and his insider buddy couldn't get their deal through. But they are still trying. And the best way for BD to support his "best friend" is to push this stock down so low that no one touches it except his "best friends" pals. That is going to take months to work out while the politics are played out.
I've never said the management are saints. Many mistakes have been made. But here is a reality! The ones in charge have at least provided shareholders with an interface for communication. You think you are going to get that when BD and his buddy get their way? Think again! These are the same folks that have used the share price as a tool to drive the company into a dangerous situation, and incur huge losses for retail shareholders - all so they can "manipulate" the situation behind the scenes.
This is not BD's typical modis operandi. Before his operations were focused on just driving stocks up and down - for a buck. Now, there is a dangerous laison, and BD is operating with a specific agenda in mind - get his "friend" what he wants - using the tools he knows how to use.
You want to change the management team. Go ahead and cut your own throat! With that will come a huge dilution as new management takes over. You will not have an IR person to talk to, and you will just be an annoying telephone call that will be ignored ignored by the company in the future.
I don't need to know where someone keeps his "pets" in order to recognize how a felon does his con.
Who gave the con shares out of his own pocket?
Who in the company wants management changed?
BD has a well orchestrated team. No way this guy is going to jail. But the other guy has made critical mistakes. He's the one I want to see in jail!! It's just a matter of time. BD thinks he can protect his pal by suggesting he will implicate others in the company. Does he think that will stop the pursuit. He obviously does not understand the concept of integrity and how it works.
So, Gibber, you are nothing more than one of BD's "suckers" helping him accomplish his goals. Go ahead and play the game out!
However, as long as BD has hold of the stock he is making it easy - not to get him - but to get the others who started this game!
