IMHO your post is only an opinion,you state it as fact that this will happen in your post with ADCS based on history about this company WHEN IT WAS something else.

IMHO your opinion appears to be tainted based on your entanglement with previous management.

For you to be able to deal with the prior company and their past players in this entangled arena should be seperated IMHO from what this present company and their present assembly of players may be trying to accomplish.

Do you have any FACTUAL present proof that they will do the same thing with ADCS? If so post the facts,dates and guilty parties to this injustice to present ADCS shareholders including myself that show they have pulled assets out of ADCS presently and into this new joint venture entity.
