I wouldn't say it is fact until you see it hit a news wire. Just what I've heard.

My assumption is they are both for Addax. Anadarko has more deepwater drillers locked up than anyone. Last week there was an article on Rigzone that indicated Anadarko put West Africa on the back burner.
