Thank you for the answer, it could be that name change could help PPS and some juicy PR from CEO. I don't like the MM playing games on this one with bid and ask, but I should be greatfull that there is a bid. They do as they please with this stock, it is different than with others I have.

first off we both know the OS isnt 650m

second off the AS will be 1.7bil the OS will continue to be what it is now which is no where near your assertion per the actual PR from the CEO as you suggest

you know the PR were it was admitted that the company was sold shares to finance the wells that ARE producing oil he said

"Once restructuring is complete the company anticipates the capital structure to be under 650M shares outstanding with a float under 270M shares."
