Can't understand why or how it would be for our safety. If the transfer agent verifies the new shares are coming, they would be on the hook, not shareholders, and in the mean time, if somebody needed to sell their position, the brokerages have got them effectively chained up

Well, hopefully you mean that you are upset you cannot BUY more shares because now would be a silly time to sell. The start of the contract news being released likely early next week. I sure wont be selling, neither will most longs here. This has far more potential than a dime. We are just getting started! We dont even have any contract news yet. This is just the symbol change.
