mhart-you should be able to find it here, Pub 550 (2006) Investment Income & Expenses if "Worthless Stock" status, I think you can take the whole amount you lost-if you did not sell. I am not an accountant and don't claim to be an expert-but it is worth looking into. IMO after tomorrow this could be Worthless.
