Just to give my 2 cents, I'm a big believer in "behind the scenes" stuff already being factored into a chart... IMO, you can't hide stuff from a chart...

For example, if there is something bullish going on behind the scenes, you better believe insiders will be loading up. On pinksheets, they don't have to file any sort of SEC filings; therefore, the only way to catch the insiders loading up is via the chart...
