If that were the case he would have done it long ago under ideal conditions. I don't see him here to shaft shareholders either. That does not mean he won't be forced to RS that is a possibility. Anyone denying that possibility is delusional. However there is a method to the madness with Yaacov it will be the straight forward simplest solution.

Now if he would just tell everyone PUBLICLY what that is we'd all be tighter in the picture. Personally the ALERT bomb detectors are taking an unusually long time to deploy. I think the ALERTS are being subject to some sort of bureaucratic wrangling making them difficult to sell. This is not an easy market to penetrate.
