This move on low volume is indicative of just how small the float is. I think this is just retail investors placing bets on the upcoming shareholders meeting, FCPA statutes deadline, possible rig of opportunity announcement, and a strong chart.
Throw in the white board and you get an impressive price run on low volume.
When material news hits this thing will move by nickels, dimes, and quarters IMO.
