Why don't you try a different tactic. Try not saying anything at all until we get the name and symbol change and divys. If we don't start seeing results after that then come back with your "I told you so's". Sound fair?
To me (and where I come from) continual negativity without action is frowned upon. It's taken as just maybe a little self indulgent.
If I've made a mistake in a stock (and I've made my fair share) I sell it. Simple as that. If I feel a pink sheet stock has lied to me, I recognize that this is the gamble one takes in this sort of risky "investment". If the lie is severe enough and I feel it's "actionable" I'll consider pursuing remedies. But by no means would I go on and on about it. It would serve no purpose imho.
