In my opinion there will not be a R/S as long as IDenta is on the pinks. Yaacov will move to another exchange according to the shareholder letter when "Our Board of Directors remains committed to IDenta Corp. being a legally-compliant, fully-reporting organization, with the long-term intention of elevating our trading status when it is in both the company's and our shareholder's best interests".
What does it mean "when it is in the company's best interest"? I think that means sales are good enough to warrant the expense and elevated status of the company.
What does it mean "when it is in the shareholder's best interest"? I think it means that the shareholder will not be hurt but rather will benefit by going to a better exchange.
According to the progress of the past several months, I think that time is getting very close.
We have all been through reverse splits and they generally are no good, but I can't think of any that I went through that the company was actually marketing something viable.

and totally exhausted this last might shift been tough to shake. Yes I meant FORWARD SPLIT for all we know Yaacov if you believe half of of what you see could be making money hand over fist. WHO KNOWS?

People have a right to be sceptical two years of wait and they get a projection for there patience? COME ON that sucks BIG TIME I am amazed at the audacity most times simply no empathy for shareholders just string them along one more time that is what he has done here. Sure the France news looked good ANYTHING would look good after two flippin years so now he can just clam up about France totally. Looks like what he'll do so I am not just sceptical I am a disgruntled long. This is NOT disclosure it's a side show designed to decoy.

He could say what he is up to and stick to it if he was truly going to another exchange this would be a good tack to be on. He's not he is doing his same old dodge and weave stringing shareholders along with somewhere over the rainbow projections. Like I said I will consider myself fortunate if he gets to another tier on the pinks.
