It needs a major news item to propel it however. Given IDTA's track record on PR's (extraordinarily abysmal) I don't fancy my chances Yaacov would be the one to pull it off successfully.
There are other strategies R/S and same time dole out a dividend to shareholders of a certain date. Again that would be ultra risky we don't know the foggiest how much money Identa has for such a move or even if the idea had crossed Yaacov's mind.
You cannot go into a higher exchange as top heavy as this and succeed. To be honest vits there is far to little preliminary indication to even assume we are going to the OTCBB anytime soon. I would consider myself lucky if YS was able to qualify for a higher tier on the pinks. Only then would the OTCBB appear within his grasp and it would still take a lot of work to accomplish.
