I was going to post this a few weeks ago that they should purchase a property. Maybe they should roll in some properties. Except that could be expensive as oil is high. Maybe he can get some properties that he is able to get as a bargain and roll them in. I would buy huge bunch of this stock but can't. Other stock sales produced I will pile into this one
