sanddollar...I think the shareholders meeting is nothing more than a joke! A waste of time & money unless they're able to tap a wealthy PP'er out of it.
Yes, I know they're legally bound to have one but lets face it, it's a farce! MP & buddies control it all. Investors have no say whatsoever. They make the laws up that way on purpose.
