Eight Years ago? Capted, you are supossedly suing MEXP and Ironpig is apparently the guy that got caught out short. So, this fact probably won't matter to either of you...but...the SEC does not approve an SB2 w/o full background checks. Paulie is on the SB2 so I guess the SEC doesn't have a problem.
