Is it worth taking over, is there an intrinsic value as an active shell company versus forming a brand new corporation by filing a few simple legal forms?
There would be a need to consult a legal counsel familiar with take-over matters, to evaluate options and costs associated in order to make a sound decision. If it was worthwhile to takeover, I'd be interested to help if I can in some capacity.

Pete, you have my vote. What do you think of advanced epoxy resins? Used in wind blade construction, aeronautics, boating, tooling. Either manufacturer or distributor in North America.

Pinkeye, I appreciate your efforts and would be happy if it can be done. I like the gold thing and the "original idea" of ACMG. Maybe to_profit can again talk to his friend S and find out how high he estimates the chance of succeeding. This guy must have been working several months on the technology, so he must have an idea about feasibility.

Secondly, I think we need to get the trading of ACMG stopped and a share count done. I don't think anything can be done without a T/A for future activities.

Thirdly, we would need to ensure that no shares are in the posession of AC anymore so that he cannot be trading and potentially profiting. Also no new share should be "printed" by anybody...without the majority of holders of current shares approving it.

I assume that AC left quite a lot of people unpaid. Starting with taxes, S, etc. So this has to be assessed too. There might be quite some cost associated.

Should we also do a new share count to assess our voting power?
