I am not looking at land as though it were priced in Kentucky. LOL . And yes, I am sure that one would not develop 200,000 acres plus of Jatropha Plantations wherein the trees have a life span of up to 50 years and put them all on rented land in a country with screwy real estate laws.
One would need an ironclad 50 year lease or ownership he could maintain with no problems to make a capital investment like that unless he was a penny stock scammer who never planned to really do anything with the "rented land"
