I think I am being very realistic about the costs this company would face in developing a mammoth scale project like the one he has announced. It is completely far fetched. Large scale operations of that sort are not put together overnight. The ones that do exist in that part of the world were built over a period of generations.

One would not "rent" land on which he planned to plant a couple of hundred thousand acres of trees, by the way. Especially not in a place like Costa Rica which allows squatters to come and occupy any land upon which people do not live.

I think people should do a little DD here that extends beyond listening to the insane and whacko claims of a guy who says 9/11 killed his wood business as an excuse as to why his investors were wiped out in that one and who can not understand that stating his earnings will exceed revenues gives him away as a scammer..

Those who have dealt with corporate America understand the need to cut overhead costs ... hey if you can start this out with very low overhead costs than KUDOS to the CEO!
