Its easy to see this is a good thing and yet it is still viewed negatively by a very small, minute sector of people.
I have no doubt that no matter how much progress is made, this some core group of people will continue to view it as such.
No one can deny what has taken place here. Jatropha Biofuel Technologies Inc, a fully owned subsidiary of Amelot Holdings Inc. and DynaSep just took Jatropha oil to the next level.
If their new system is only 2% better than what is available now, the revenue is staggering on a 50,000 hectare plantation.
50,000 X 2,000 trees per hectare (assuming all 50,000 hectares are fully mature) = 100,000,000 gallons annually.
100,000,000 gallons
X.02 (2 percent)
-----------
2,000,000 extra gallons of Jatropha oil annually
X$4.00 a gallon (This is a low price for Jatropha oil)
-----------
$8,000,000 extra profit per year.
Companies can do a lot more with an extra 8 million a year imho.
Real people are verifying what has been announced. People can cast doubt here, but as the picture becomes more clear, it is easy to see why a lot of people are incredibly excited.
Now if they could only get on some environmentalist radio program and talk about their findings.
