HDOG- looks like they are getting the money ready to give Avenue 1m cash and 500k in stock. LOI says all about it. If things go good they could get 5m in cash as well...(if oil field has 10m barrels of oil) Company web-site and London Stock Exchange references they are selling securities to move forward on Isreal Oil field LOI that you posted. They should PR this soon, I think I read by the 27th it will be completed somewhere- but don't quote me. Do your own DD, IMO...
