Last time I called the Lawyer, who's number is posted in one the filings. They said plan was on hold until the court date on the the 9th. I haven't done any research since, sorry. Just call the lawyer, they will let you know if the plan is going foward, if it is this could be good. If it isn't I would think it is dead, imo. But they should be able to update the situation.
